A CLEAN KITCHEN IN JUST 15 MINUTES

SERIS "4"

Neat Eating

Order a multi-course meal at a restaurant today, and you might use two spoons, three forks, four drinking glasses, and five or more plates. While it's as important to serve meals in a handsome, hygienic way at home, it's okay to take a simpler approach.

Avoid "family-style" dinners. That means meals in which the food is placed in the center of the table and everyone serves themselves. Doing so cuts down on extra serving dishes and spoons, and eliminates the drips that come from transferring food to plate. Instead, plate meals at the stove. This cuts down on cleanup and unclutters your dining table.

Pack up leftovers before you eat. Once everyone is served, take an extra minute to put leftovers into storage containers. Then fill the emptied pots and pans with warm water to soften the remains.
