When our f
amily doesn't eat all of our baked or grilled chicken,I chop it up and freeze it in small ziplock bags.
Later I have the perfect size amount of cooked chicken
to pull out of the freezer to add to Chicken Helper!
Even if you just have 1 cup of leftover chicken, it is just right to add in.
