Make the world’s easiest, tastiest sauce

Just two ingredients and so much flavor!
A two-ingredient sauce is a thing of beauty. Use this yummy and frugal topping over beef, pork, chicken, fish -- even tofu or vegetables! Bring 1 ¾ cups jarred salsa to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil until most of the liquid is gone, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove the heat and stir in 1/3 cup unsalted butter (cut into pieces) until the better is melted and the sauce is smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat before serving. Makes 1 cup.
