ATA SAUCE

Recipe 23

Serves As Estimated

½ pt. Palm nut oil 250 ml

4 oz. Pepper, fresh 100 g

12 oz. Tomatoes 300 g

12 oz. Onions 300 g

2 tbsp. crayfish

- Grind all ingredients or only half and slice or chop the other half

- Heat the oil. Try the prepared ingredients in it, adding the crayfish few

Minutes before the sauce is ready.

- If wished, some water may be added after the ingredients are fried and left

To cook, until all the water is driven away and the ingredients are well fried and brown but not burnt.
